Our products are all about making things easy for users. We’ve created an innovative system that combines new hardware and software. By removing complex manual valves controls, our system is smaller, lighter, and effortless to use. It’s the first meter system designed entirely in the UK, and has capability to complete line changes and compartment selection automatically without the driver needing to return to the vehicle.
We’ve also added smart technology to reduce user errors. Our metering system has a clear display that shows important information, and it keeps an eye on product quality and volume in real-time. Plus, it’s easy to get remote support thanks to its data connectivity.
The pneumatic valves that open the compartment into the pumping system have been redesigned with a larger diameter. This allows a greater spring force to be applied whilst keeping the system operating pressure low. The benefit of this is to reduce the opportunity for the valve to stick when used in sub zero temperatures.
