At our cutting edge factory based in Leeds we manufacture hard and software. All of the PCB’s are designed and manufactured in house.

Research and development is at the heart of the company. Our highly skilled team is proud to provide the fuel and oil sector with innovative products.
Trident pulls together a wealth of experience and knowledge from across the fuel and oil industry. At the lead is Micheal Foord and Trevor Poulter and together with their team they are leading the way in dynamic metering systems.
In 2009 Michael started at Mechtronic as a Sales Engineer and quickly moved into the position as Service Manager in 2011. After building a wealth of knowledge Micheal left in 2016 and started a new venture working alongside Trevor Poulter they started Fairfax 3D Design.
Trevor has over 50 years of experience in the fuel and oil industry starting at Gardner Denver. In 2004 Trevor started his own business, Mechatronics which was very successful and in 2016 Trevor once again led the market starting Fairfax 3D Designs.
Trident have partnered with Frank Newell from Road Tankers Northern and Shaun Harte from Tasca Tankers. Together they run the UK’s two largest tanker manufacturers, bringing with them over 100 years of experience from the sector.
With Trevor’s expertise in mechanical engineering and Ronald Sousa joining the team as the expert electronics engineer, specialising in electronics and robotics, Trident are leading the way with delivering cutting edge products.
