Bottom Loading Socket
Introducing our Weather-Protected Overspill Socket!
Our innovative overspill socket is securely housed in a stainless steel cabinet. Inside, you’ll find a patented lock release mechanism that also engages the vehicle park brake upon opening.
Plug in the overspill socket, open the vapour transfer valves, and load your truck with ease. The vehicle can’t move until the cabinet is closed, ensuring safety. Plus, our system streamlines design by eliminating standalone pneumatic valves.
Key Features
Weather-Protected Housing: Our overspill socket is housed in a stainless steel cabinet featuring a patented lock control mechanism, ensuring weather protection for the first time.
Inside the cabinet, a patented lock release mechanism is incorporated. Opening the cabinet automatically releases the guard bar and activates the vehicle’s park brake.
With the cabinet open, plugging in the overspill and pulling a pneumatic valve opens the vapor transfer valves. The vehicle remains stationary until the cabinet door is fully closed, which involves removing the overspill plug and closing the vapor transfer valves.
Loading the truck and gravity discharges are now carried out independently of the electronic discharge system, creating a more streamlined and aesthetically pleasing design.
Traditionally, the socket has been externally mounted to a box with separate pneumatic valves for guard bar release and vapor transfer valve operation. Our system eliminates the need for stand-alone pneumatic valves, enhancing system efficiency and aesthetics.
